CPCCLRG3002A - Licence to perform rigging intermediate level
This course specifies the outcomes required to perform rigging work at the intermediate level, which includes all the outcomes for rigging work at the basic level, and also includes rigging of cranes, rigging of conveyors, rigging of dredges and excavators, rigging associated with tilt slabs, rigging associated with demolition work, and dual lifts for licensing purposes.
This course is offered by WorkSafe Connect to employer groups at their site or as a public course offering at Helensvale, Gold Coast.
Course Entry Requirements
WorkSafe Connect requires that a person undertaking this unit must hold a current National High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL) or a certification for a specific VET course for HRWL to perform rigging basic level
WorkSafe Connect is a proud recipient of Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ) funding. We have been successful in obtaining funding for the 2019/2020 General Construction Short Course Program as well as the Apprentice Advance Plus Short Course Program.
You may be eligible to receive CSQ subsidised or fully funded training courses if you are an existing worker or an apprentice / trainee in the building and construction industry.
For eligible existing workers, the following amounts are available to offset the cost of the training (any gap between the course cost and the CSQ amount must be paid by the student):
