RII20520 - Certificate II in Resource Processing
This qualification reflects the role of individuals working in a metal processing facility or a coal preparation plant, performing mainly routine, operational tasks using limited practical skills and fundamental operational knowledge, in a defined context under direct supervision.
WorkSafe Connect offers this qualification at client sites, for employer groups only. The qualification is tailored to the employer's requirements and the resources available on site.

Course Description
There are ten (10) units that must be completed to achieve this qualification, with four (4) core units and six (6) elective units. WorkSafe Connect works with the employer group to determine a list of possible electives based on the employee's role requirements and the resources available on site.
