Workplace rehabilitation is a step-by-step process that allows workers to regain control and independence in their life after experiencing an injury or illness. It also ensures the worker’s earliest possible return to work.

WorkSafe Connect's Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator course is suitable to individuals who assist with the return-to-work programs, rehabilitation and claim management activities. The delivery incorporates identifying those with roles, duties, rights and responsibilities for return to work as well as assisting in preparing, implementing and evaluating the return to work.

The key areas covered by this course include:

  • Supporting and consulting with an injured worker
  • Coordinating the worker’s return to work
  • Developing suitable duties programs in consultation
  • Maintaining communication with all parties involved
  • Monitoring and evaluating the return to work process

Our public course face-to-face program is offered via a one (1) day delivery program. Client courses can be customised to incorporate specific RRTW policies, procedures and forms.
