Did you know? If you also want training in managing chemical spills and other small emergencies, our Fire & Emergency Combo course includes this additional unit (PUAFER008).
About the Course
WorkSafe Connect’s Fire Combo Training is a flexible, all-in-one 1-day course that combines Fire Extinguisher, Fire Warden, and Chief Warden training into a single, streamlined program.
Designed to support both small and large teams, this course equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to respond to workplace fire emergencies, operate firefighting equipment, and take leadership roles during an evacuation.
Training includes:
- Fire Extinguisher Training – Safe use of fire extinguishers, hose reels, and fire blankets
- Fire Warden Training – Emergency procedures, evacuation protocols, and warden responsibilities
- Chief Warden Training – Leading emergency responses, coordinating wardens, and liaising with emergency services
Public courses follow a structured schedule: Fire Warden and Chief Warden training in the morning, followed by Fire Extinguisher training in the afternoon.
Client-only courses offer full flexibility, allowing you to customise delivery. For example, your session may begin with Fire Extinguisher training for 14 participants, with 5 continuing for Warden training and 2 completing Chief Warden.
Whether you require full-day training or role-specific coverage, the Fire Combo course provides an efficient way to meet compliance, improve emergency preparedness, and upskill your team—all in one day.
